Clément Petit
Counsel, Avocat à la Cour (Liste I)
Clément is a Counsel in the Investment Funds team at EY Law Luxembourg. He is admitted to List I of the Luxembourg Bar.
He advises clients on the structuring, establishment, day-to-day management, restructuring and liquidation of Luxembourg investment funds (regulated and unregulated), as well as their management entities. Prior to joining EY Law, he worked at leading law firms in Luxembourg, assisting a broad range of clients on legal and regulatory matters relating to investment funds.
Clément holds an LL.M. in International Commercial Law (Merit) from Swansea University, United Kingdom, and a Master’s degree in law from the University of Lorraine, France.
