Daniela is a Senior Associate in the investment funds team of EY Law Luxembourg. She is admitted to the Bar in Italy (Trani) and to List I of the Luxembourg Bar.
She advises clients on the structuring, establishment, day-to-day management, restructuring, and liquidation of Luxembourg investment funds (both regulated and unregulated funds), as well as their respective management entities.
Before joining EY Law, she worked for several years with a leading Luxembourg law firm, where she provided comprehensive legal and regulatory advice on investment fund matters. Prior to that, she gained experience in administrative and private law with an Italian law firm. In addition, she has academic experience in Comparative Law, having conducted research in both Italy and Germany, where she was a Marie Curie Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Konstanz and a Visiting Professor at Freie Universität Berlin.
Daniela holds a Master’s degree in Law and a PhD in Comparative Law from the University of Bari (Italy). She obtained the Italian National Scientific Qualification as Associate Professor in Comparative Law in 2014 and 2018.
