Karolina holds a law degree from the University of Warsaw (Poland) as well as a post-graduate degree in business law from University of Amsterdam (the Netherlands).

Karolina holds a PhD in civil law from the University of Luxembourg and is a member of the research group at the University of Luxembourg on civil law (Groupe de réflexion en droit privé luxembourgeois).

She is registered with the Luxembourg Bar Association (Barreau de Luxembourg) since February 2023.
