Nicolas is involved in Luxembourg national and international corporate and commercial matters; mainly in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, group reorganizations, KYC compliance and day-to-day administration of companies.

Nicolas holds an LLM degree in International Corporate and Commercial Law from Maastricht University, Netherlands.
