Nikole is a Junior Associate in the Corporate and M&A team of EY Law.

Nikole is a Junior Associate in the Corporate and M&A team of EY Law. She assists clients on domestic and cross-border transactions, reorganizations and setting-up of Luxembourg companies as well as with general corporate law matters.

Prior to joining EY Law, she worked with a leading independent Luxembourg law firm.

Nikole holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Luxembourg.

She also obtained an LLM degree in European Business Law from the University of Luxembourg.

In September 2024, she registered with the Luxembourg Bar and was admitted as Avocate (attorney) (Liste II).
