Polina Tenchurina is a Counsel in the Corporate and M&A team. Polina has experience in advising clients on a range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including corporate acquisitions (share and asset deals), disposals, mergers, demergers, migrations and other forms of corporate restructurings, setting up of joint ventures, corporate governance, private equity transactions, corporate finance transactions and general corporate law matters, including, inter alia, changes of corporate form, incorporations, distributions, liquidations, etc.
Before joining the firm, Polina worked for two law firms based in Luxembourg and passed internships in several law firms based in Moscow and in Luxembourg during the period of her studies.
Polina holds a specialist degree (Russian equivalent of Master I degree) in International Business Law from National Research University – Higher School of Economics (Moscow, Russia) (2014) as well as a Master II degree (LL.M) in European Law from University of Luxembourg (Luxembourg) (2015).
She registered in September 2023 with the Luxembourg Bar and was admitted as Avocate (Attorney) (Liste II).
