Stephen is the managing partner of the firm.

Stephen is the managing partner of EY Law Luxembourg, a business law firm registered with the Luxembourg Bar. The attorneys and lawyers of EY Law Luxembourg specialize in corporate law and M&A, investment funds, contract law, IP/IT, employment law as well as legal coordination of international projects.

Stephen’s own area of expertise is corporate law and M&A in a multidisciplinary context, as well as legal coordination of multi-country engagements.

Stephen holds a Master II (DEA) in Business Law from the University of Paris-Ouest, France. He used to be a French Avocat (attorney-at-law) in France from 1998 to 2013, was seconded with a NY Law firm (member of the EY Law network) as a foreign legal consultant from 2002 to 2005 and headed the EY Tax Luxembourg regulatory team from 2013 to 2021. In late 2021, he was admitted as Avocat à la Cour (attorney-at-law) in Luxembourg and founded EY Law Luxembourg in 2022.
